Hello, my name is Jeanine and I started sewing when I was a young girl and I have loved sewing ever since. I am so grateful that my mother and a wonderful 4-H leader taught me to sew, and I made a promise to myself that one day I would try my best to pass on the skill of sewing to others.
So, do I claim to be the "expert" in sewing? Not at all. Sewing is a skill that you can continue to expand and improve on your whole life. Almost every time I sew, I learn a little something new. And that's the wonderful (and frustrating) thing about sewing; its a never ending adventure. It takes practice, persistence, patience, and a lot of creativity. But if you invest the time, it will be a wonderful skill you will carry with you for your whole life.
